INSTALLATION MODES:
a) Using the glue for BATE-MACA in PU Sumer Plásticos®:
The square of the wall where the batter will be installed should be flush with the perfect horizontal line for BATE-MACA gluing.

b) Surface Preparation: Remove any dust, grease or grease stains, mold, loose parts and leave the substrate free from any impregnation that could impair the adhesion of the product to the substrate. If necessary, sand and wash the surface to leave it firm.

c) Application: Using an application gun, apply the glue on the BATE-MACA in the shape of a string at the points that will have adhesion with the wall. Press the stop on the wall until the desired leveling is achieved.

d) Fixing: pass the glue on the back of the plate and press for 60 seconds against the wall, if necessary use some type of anchor for fixing. If necessary use screws every 1 meter. If there are small gaps between the batter and the wall, use the adhesive glue to caulk this gap.

e) Drying: Adjustment time: 10 minutes; total curing time: 24h porous materials and 48h non-porous materials (25 ° C and 60% URA).
